By accessing the Website or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. For the purpose of these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to any person who uses the Website or the Service in any way.

You are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time. VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C may update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to retain a copy of these Terms.

The contents of our Website—including, without limitation, code, images, and graphics—may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes except as expressly permitted by Website for its advertising and promotion.

All services are provided in accordance with applicable UAE laws. Any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with our services shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the UAE.

If you make a payment for our services via the Website, the details you provide will be transmitted directly to our payment provider through a secure connection for the purpose of completing the transaction.

You must not use data collected from the Website to contact candidates or third parties without proper authorization.

To be eligible to register on our Website, you must be at least 18 years old. You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the Website or conduct transactions.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.

Acceptance of Terms

The following terms govern all use of https://thetadbeer.ae (the “Site”) and the services available and offered from the Site (the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C and its affiliated companies. Use of the Service is offered subject to acceptance, without exception, of all terms and conditions contained herein and of all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site.

VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Limitation and Termination

The rights or remedies you may have against VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C are limited or excluded; you accept the associated risks, responsibilities, and liability. Thetadbeer may establish limits concerning use of the Service, including maximum content retention periods, maximum number and size of postings or messages, and frequency of access. VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You acknowledge and agree that VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C may, in its sole discretion, deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice, for any reason or for no reason.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, agents, service providers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• your violation of any provision of these Terms;
• your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights;
• any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

This indemnity obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on the Website—other than user content you license under these Terms—including text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features, trademarks, and logos (the “Materials”) are owned by or licensed to Thetadbeer and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under UAE and international law.

You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble such goods. Materials on the Website are provided “AS IS” for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C.

Disclaimer

Use of the Website and Service is at your own risk. VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C provides the Website and Services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C is not responsible for any errors, mistakes, inaccuracies, unauthorized access, interruptions, viruses, or other harmful components. VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C is not liable for any third-party products, services, or transactions conducted via the Website.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VICEKEEPER DOMESTIC WORKERS SERVICES L.L.C, its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Website or the Service.

Your Use of the Site

Your permission to use the Site is personal and non-transferable. You may not use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, to violate the rights of others, to impersonate any person or entity, to disrupt the Site or servers, to transmit harmful code, or to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit content for commercial purposes. Limited exceptions are granted to public search engine operators solely for creating searchable indices.

Marketing and Notifications

The Operator has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to admin@thetadbeer.ae with the subject line “Opt-out of notifications about new products, services, and special offers.”

Terms & Conditions for Payment Policy

1) Commercial Overview

We deliver professional services in the UAE with due care and skill. Decisions and timelines of government authorities are outside our control and are not guaranteed.

Third-Party Costs (government fees, medicals, Emirates ID, insurance, attestations, ticketing/courier, gateway/bank charges, translations, notarisation, legalisation) are not our revenue, are payable in advance or on demand, and are non-refundable once incurred or remitted.

Prices are exclusive of 5% VAT. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. We accept online payments via Visa/MasterCard in AED.

2) Eligibility, Accounts & Security

Users must be 18+. You are responsible for your account security and authorise us to act on requests from your registered contacts. We may require KYC and compliance checks at any time and may suspend pending satisfactory completion.

3) Scope, Milestones & Acceptance

Services may be performed in stages. A stage is completed on our written confirmation and/or delivery of the agreed output.

Deemed Acceptance: If no written, specific objection is received within 3 business days of delivery, the stage is deemed accepted.

Change Orders: Any change to scope, assumptions, or timelines requires written confirmation and may adjust fees/deadlines.

Client Duties: You warrant that all information and documents supplied are accurate, lawful, complete, and provided on time; delays or deficiencies automatically extend timelines and may increase cost. You must maintain lawful status and permissions for any worker.

4) No Guarantee of Outcomes

We manage processes professionally. Authority decisions, quotas, system outages, or policy changes are outside our control and do not constitute our breach, nor do they entitle you to a refund of service fees.

5) Fees, Deposits, Billing & Suspension

Invoices are due upon receipt unless stated otherwise. We may request security deposits/advances for Third-Party Costs and withhold work/deliverables until cleared funds are received.

Late Payment: We may suspend Services, withhold documents, and (where applicable) initiate visa/work-permit cancellation under UAE law. Overdue sums may accrue a reasonable late fee and/or interest to the extent permitted by law. You are liable for reasonable collection and legal costs.

Billing: Monthly fees billed in advance.

6) Refund & Cancellation Policy

A) General Rules (all Services)

How to cancel: Email admin@thetadbeer.ae from your registered address. Cancellations are effective on our written acknowledgment.

Original payment method only: Any approved refund is processed exclusively to the original payment method. We initiate within 14 business days; bank posting times may vary.

Deductions: Refunds (if any) are net of Third-Party Costs already incurred/committed and any non-recoverable gateway/bank fees.

Rendered services are non-refundable. Time and services already performed are non-refundable.

Force majeure & authority delays: No refunds/offsets for events beyond our reasonable control, including regulatory moratoria/changes, immigration holds, or travel restrictions.

Cancellation: 30 calendar days’ written notice; fees for the active cycle are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect from the next cycle after the notice period ends.

Non-payment: We may suspend Services and proceed with visa/work-permit cancellation in accordance with law. All outstanding invoices and any government charges arising from your default remain payable.

Travel NOC fees and deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable once issued/used.

7) Confidentiality & Data Protection (PDPL)

Roles: You are the Controller and we are the Processor of personal data (candidates/household members/staff).

Basis & Purpose: Processing is necessary for service delivery and legal compliance (e.g., MoHRE/Tadbeer, ICP).

Transfers: We may transfer data outside the UAE as required to deliver Services using lawful mechanisms.

Retention: Records are retained for the longer of the service term + 5 years or as required by law/regulators.

Data Subject Requests: Contact admin@thetadbeer.ae.

Client Warranties & Indemnity: You warrant you have a lawful basis to share data and have provided required notices; you indemnify us against claims, penalties, or losses arising from your data instructions or omissions.

8) Intellectual Property & Licence

Our methodologies, templates, software, and know-how remain our IP.

Custom deliverables created specifically for you vest upon full payment (subject to third-party rights). Until full payment, we grant a limited, revocable licence-to-use solely to receive the Services.

You grant us a limited licence to use your materials solely to provide the Services. You must not reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems’ source code.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Cap: Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order or monthly subscription cycle is limited to the service fees actually paid to us for that order/cycle.

11) Time Bar

You must notify any claim in writing within 15 days of the event. Claims not notified within this period are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12) Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate Services immediately upon written notice if you fail to pay, breach these Terms, violate law, or present compliance/credit risk. You remain liable for fees due up to termination and all Third-Party Costs. We may retain deliverables until full settlement.

13) Acceptable Use

Do not use the Site/Services to violate law, infringe rights, misrepresent identity, introduce malware, disrupt systems, or scrape/harvest data. Limited exceptions apply for public search engines creating indices.

14) Marketing & Communications

We may send service, account, and promotional communications. You may opt out of promotions at any time by emailing admin@thetadbeer.ae with subject “Opt-out”. Operational messages are not subject to opt-out.

15) Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay/failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., regulatory changes, moratoria, system outages, epidemics, natural disasters). Either party may terminate an affected order if a Force Majeure event continues for 45 days, with settlement of accrued fees and Third-Party Costs.
